SCS Launch Event

One Nottingham are holding a special event to launch The Nottingham Plan to 2020, the city’s new Sustainable Community Strategy (SCS), at 5pm on Monday 5 October at the Council House.

The Nottingham Plan to 2020 is a route map for organisations in the city, and for our citizens and communities, and sets out a clear vision of what the city should look like in the future.  It will help us work together with local people, our diverse communities, voluntary groups and businesses and all the partners in One Nottingham to make change happen.  The Plan reflects the views of the many people who have helped to shape it.

The event will feature a range of information stands each showing work around The Nottingham Plan to 2020 priorities and there will be an opportunity to network with colleagues.

Guest speakers at the launch include Councillor Jon Collins – Chair of One Nottingham and Leader of the City Council and Jane Todd – Nottingham City Council Chief Executive and local people who have helped to shape the plan.   

Light refreshments will be available and the event will conclude at 6.30pm.
